Avant Communication received the European Award for Best Practices in the gold category in Brussels. The company received this major international award in recognition of its quality standards. Chairman and CEO, Antonio Varghese, and International Business Development Manager, Philip Mazloumian, made their way to the Belgian capital to collect the honours.

Avant Flooring Wins Sustainability Award in Germany

Avant has won the coveted global ‘Green Era Award’ in recognition of its outstanding sustainable practices and environmental achievements.
The award, constituted by French-based ‘Otherways Management and Consulting Association’, was conferred to Avant Holding officials at the Green Era Award Ceremony and the Green Economy Forum held in Berlin, Germany on March 23, 2015.

Avant signs deal with Al Tanmyah Services

Avant announced this week that it has chosen Al Tanmyah Services, a subsidiary of Dubai Islamic Bank specialising in facilities management and staffing services, to provide support staff to the group and its subsidiaries across the UAE. Antonio Varghese, CEO and Chairman of Avant and Ali Al Sayegh, CEO of Al Tanmyah Services, signed the agreement at their Head Office in Dubai.

Emirates Energy Star Launch 2011

Etisalat and Pacific Controls announced their partnership aimed at reducing the carbon footprint of the UAE by up to 30%. The event, held under the patronage of H. E. Opening Ceremony of Pacific Controls 2007

When Pacific Controls launched its Dubai headquarters it became the first LEED Platinum rated green building in the Middle East and only the sixteenth of its kind in the world. The building was inaugurated by H.E. Mohammad Al Gergawi, Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs of the Federal Government of the United Arab Emirates and Executive Chairman of Dubai Holding. The event was attended by senior officials and dignitaries and confirmed Pacific Controls’ commitment to sustainable development.
