Sustainability
Avant is defining the next generation of sustainability with its flooring, panelling and roofing products. While the flooring is designed to look like wood, it is actually made from an ultra-durable composite material that has none of the disadvantages of wood. It does not crack, stain or warp and of course, requires no deforestation. Its advantages on the other hand, are practically limitless.
Avant Flooring for example, is designed to withstand extremes of temperatures, being able to cope with anything in the range of -20 to +80 degrees Celsius. It also has a thermal insulation layer, which reduces thermal conductivity and can cut electricity costs by between 20/25%, saving you money and bringing down your carbon footprint.
Further to this, the flooring requires no maintenance, conforms to strict marine standards and has a high load bearing capacity, making it ideal for a wide spectrum of projects such as hotels, airports, shopping malls, offices and maritime vessels. Meanwhile, Avant Roofing is made up of a combination of carbon fibre and ASA composite. It is therefore ideal for varied applications, from livestock farms and malls to office buildings and residential compounds. Like the flooring, the roofing is also fire retardant, heat resistant, acid/alkali/corrosion-proof, waterproof, UV proof and available in a range of colours.
